Tony Fairs is a seasoned property expert based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. With a BSc Hons in Estate Management and years of experience managing estate agencies and auction houses, Tony has over 8000 sale and rental valuations under his belt, having sold and let over 2000 homes. 

In 2013, he established his own estate agency offering various services and managing over £12 million of property assets. He also invests in properties, co-founding Fairs Investments in 2020 and acquiring £5.7 million worth of properties through refurbishments. Additionally, Tony capitalized on the staycation trend by acquiring serviced accommodation units and established Fairs Developments with a local planner and Quantity Surveyor. Their first site was set to commence building this summer.

 Tony has also appeared on the TV show Homes Under The Hammer multiple times and hosts a podcast called Property Talk On The Tyne.
